Thank god for Homeowners House insurance. We got new AC UNIT installed today. Our old one of 30 years died a month ago.

Modern_Simplicity with Lesli: If you are new to Me and my Blog let me tell you a little regarding myself. I have been on the "World Wide Web" for what seems like forever. I've always found Blogging and Vlogging as something I enjoyed and feel have been very good at. I'm a creative person, In many different ways so it's no surprise. I Create Art, I do Interior Decorating (My number one passion. ) I feel I'm good at it and hope perhaps to take on a future venture having to do with Interior Decorating/Design. I am very much one that believes and is passionate about My Home and incorporating a Minimalist Lifestyle, I find it keeps my anxiety and stress level at bay. I love the look as well. In 2021 I hope to further my daily life into a streamlined less hectic more feng shui (so get ready for some postings on these subjects because they are near and dear to my Heart.
